Famous World Cup starts with Ind-o-Pak Contest
The qualifiers have already begun, and pretty much finished by now. However, the actual exciting part begins now. The world cup's second round, which majority of world actually cares about (in comparison to the first part), is start with Pakistan vs India match-up.
World T20 is one of the most anticipated events in cricketing world, and it will begin tomorrow with a poised game. Pakistan and India just met recently in Asia Cup, where Pakistan won through Shahid Afridi's heroics with a narrow margin (last wicket victory). Would India be able to take revenge for this defeat?
Pakistan hasn't had a victory over India in any World T20 match. This increases the chances of India's game tomorrow. But it must be noted that Shahid Afridi is in good form. Pakistan' recently concluded tournament included great contribution from Shahid Afridi.
It must also be remembered that in 2009 when Pakistan won the second edition of World T20, Shahid Afridi had massive contributions - espeically in the semi-final match against South Africa, and then in the final against Sri Lanka.
