Pakistan U-19 beat Australia U-19 in Youth ODI Series


Pakistan has managed to beat Australia in the 3 match series, being played in Australia. Pakistan Under 19 team performed wonderfully to get Australia out for a low score, and chased the target easily.

In the first ODI, Pakistan Under 19 was made to chase a total of 188. After winning the first game, Pakistan U-19 defeated Australia in the second game also.

Australia again batted first, and Pakistan' bowlers gave them hard time and restricted Australia U-19 to just 139. Australian opener C Bancroft played well for his 47. TM Head also put together runs and scored 43 - however no other Australian could help the score significantly. The target was quite easy to get to, as Pakistan's batting line-up got their with 15 overs still remaining. Saad Ali (in the picture) top scored with 36 runs for Pakistan. Player of the match was Zia-ul-Haq, who had bowling figures of 7-0-20-3 for Pakistan.

Winning the second ODI, took Pakistan U-19 to victory in this Youth ODI Series.
